HydroChem is excited to develop a national Reconciliation Action Plan    

HydroChem’s RAP has been endorsed by Reconciliation Australia.

 This Reflect RAP enables HydroChem to deepen its understanding of its sphere of influence and the unique contribution it can make to lead progress across the five dimensions. Getting these first steps right will ensure the sustainability of future RAPs and reconciliation initiatives and provide meaningful impact toward Australia’s reconciliation journey.  

 HydroChem’s RAP journey started in 2024 and will continue throughout 2025 . Once HydroChem has developed the aspects envisaged by the Reflect RAP, the plan is to move onto an Innovate RAP from 2025 and beyond.
